Full House Refurbishment & Extension
The property has undergone a full structural reconfiguration and extension. The loft has been converted into a complete third floor, and the ground floor has been opened up into a single continuous living space of over 1,500 sq ft. All plumbing and electrical systems have been newly installed throughout. A new two-storey side extension adds over 1,800 sq ft, designed and built as a self-contained granny annex.

We have significantly extended this beautiful home, adding over 500 sq ft to create a spacious, modern kitchen.
The entrance and utility areas have been fully remodelled, complemented by entirely new plumbing and electrical systems throughout. Outside, the garden has been completely landscaped, including the construction of a substantial new outhouse spanning over 1,000 sq ft.

A complete refurbishment of a family home in Stepney Green, transforming the property into a cohesive contemporary interior across the kitchen, living spaces, study and garden room.

Garden HouseÂ
Built entirely from the ground up, this approximately 100 sqm bespoke garden house combines a steel and aluminium structural frame with carefully considered interior and exterior finishes.
Warm OSB cladding creates a tactile, cocooning interior, while timber and metal detailing define the exterior with a cleaner architectural character. The result is a substantial contemporary garden building that balances structural precision with warmth and comfort.
